All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Refund policy

You are entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you subscribe.
After this period, refunds are not offered unless required by law.

Courses are self-paced and available on demand.
We may update, improve or remove content from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Certificates

Annual members may download a certificate upon completing a course.
Certificates are not formal qualifications and are not equivalent to university degrees.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, audio, text and branding are owned by The School of Innovation Limited or our instructors.

You may not:

• copy, share or resell course content

• publish or distribute materials without written permission

We use trusted third parties such as Stripe, Google, Facebook, YouTube and Wix to help operate the service.
