University.co.uk is offers a suite of free tools and services to facilitate students with access to and tools to ensure they are able to make full use of the internet. Based on the premise that students already have enough financial worries to contend with we provide free internet access, email and web hosting.

How do I know you will stay in business?

University.co.uk offered webspace as early as 1998 and continue to do so. Our email services are powered by @pobox.co.uk which has operated email services longer than Hotmail.com

There are never any guarantee's in life. However we have been established longer than most and our business plan is sound and ensures we will remain in business.

Who owns University.co.uk?

The services is owned operated and maintained by Our Holdings Ltd. Our full contact details are available in the "About Us" section of the website.
 

I have a partnership/investment proposal, who do I contact?

In the "About Us" section of the website we have a 'Partners and Investors' area. Further details can be found there.

I have an abuse complaint who do I contact?

We have a Zero Tolerance policy in regards to these matters. We request that anyone who believes that there is a violation of our AUP direct the information to our Abuse Department at: abuse@pobox.co.uk
If available, please provide the following information:

- The IP address used to commit the alleged violation
- The date and time of the alleged violation, including the time zone or offset from GMT
- Evidence of the alleged violation

Please contact abuse@pobox.co.uk and remember to attach the original email message so that it includes the FULL headers, simply forwarding an email will not prove it came from our domain.
