| Dialup Questions
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Are there any charges for using your internet dialup
service?
Whilst we do not make a charge for the service you will be charged at local
rates by your telecommunications provider such as BT or NTL. You can usually
save yourself money by adding our dialup number to your "friends & family"
service provided by your telephone provider.
Check with your telephone provider to see what they charge for a local rate data
call, at the time of writing most charged no more than a penny a minute at
weekends.
Will you automatically disconnect me after a certain
time?
No. You are free to stay connected as long as you like, this helps to ensure
interruption free surfing and error free downloads of large files. Do not forget
to disconnect when you have finished using the internet.
